Holy crap, what a list! Even if you don’t make it all the way down, there are some gems that you can do immediately. I know I will.
I almost didn’t want to share this one.
Because it’s really easy to get the wrong idea. McDonald’s isn’t healthy. Balancing your calories with your activity is. Making healthy choices is. Moving your body every day is. If you watch the video, or even skip through it, you can pick up on the main point here: it’s about choice.
Food that’s actually delicious.
And if you’re into vinyl, that too. It’s fall (gross). Stay warm. Eat soup. Get your veggies. This one is easy
