I can tell you from experience that shit works. Oh, and it’s pretty much guaranteed that if you do want to see some changes in body composition, that will follow from strength and performance. Pretty cool how that works, right?

In case you missed it, I have been raving about Dacy for weeks now. She is literally changing my life. I had no idea how much dressing myself in something other than gym clothes was stressing out my life, and she has helped me figure that out. And look damn good doing it! I found my cool girl outfit too, and I couldn’t be happier.
